Owner of Spartan Training Center, is A.C.E. (American Council of Exercise) and I.F.P.A. (International Fitness Professionals Association) certified. Tim created the “Spartan Training Center System”. Tim has been training professionally in the Boston area for the last 25 years. He has trained or supervised the training of several hundred clients. Tim is an expert in all facets of exercise science, from weight and strength training to flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. He brings that level of experience to the Spartan Training Center. The center has operated in the south shore area since 2003 and has been at the forefront of personal training.
